Declaration of Consent Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Egon Zehnder specializes in the global search, placement and integration of candidates for executive and similar management positions (each a "Candidate") on behalf of its clients ("Client Services"). I would like the Egon Zehnder group worldwide (the "Egon Zehnder Group") to consider me as a Candidate when providing Client Services.

1. Responsible Entities

My personal data will be processed by and on behalf of the Egon Zehnder Group.

2. Personal Data Processed

My personal data that may be processed in the context of the Client Services ("Personal Data") may include (in each case subject to applicable local law):

my contact details (name, address, phone number, email address, etc.);
my biographical data and, where applicable, my photograph;
information on my professional education, educational credentials, professional diplomas and certificates and information from individuals to provide references for me;
my employment history;
my compensation history;
data on my suitability for client opportunities Egon Zehnder Group compiles as part of its assessments of my professional profile;
information and responses I may provide in the context of interviews, assessments and surveys;
information on my personal and professional life publicly available via social media services (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, etc.) or otherwise on the Internet that might be of importance to my qualification for a particular executive or similar management position ("Background Information"); and
to honour Egon Zehnder Group's commitment to ensuring equal opportunities, prevent discrimination, and promote inclusion, information about me (in appropriate circumstances) which may be classified as diversity information (such as my racial or ethnic background, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, and/or socioeconomic background).

3. Purpose of the Data Processing

My Personal Data may be processed for the purpose of providing the Client Services.

In order to achieve the Client Services, Egon Zehnder Group may carry out the following processing activities:

executing searches for potential Candidates on behalf of clients that have an opening for an executive or similar management or a board position;
assessing my suitability for client opportunities;
informing me of open executive or similar management or board positions potentially suitable for me;
introducing me to clients as a Candidate;
verifying my educational credentials, professional diplomas and certificates;
performing searches for Background Information;
considering me for potential client opportunities in mapping assignments;
where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, using my diversity information to provide clients with diverse pools of qualified Candidates and monitoring Egon Zehnder Group's efforts on diversity, equity and inclusion;
analysing my information using software and other applications, and comparing the results against other candidates or potential candidates;
on behalf of a client I have been placed with, providing integration services by monitoring my integration with the client, conferring with all parties involved and lending support for me to reach full effectiveness in my new role as soon as possible;
after I have been placed with a client, approaching me as a client contact for the placement of other Candidates or as a source of information about potential Candidates for third-party clients;
after my placement with a client, ensuring that I will not be recruited on behalf of another client unless I request consideration for other opportunities; and
operating Egon Zehnder Group's databases.

4. Duration of the Data Processing

My Personal Data will be processed until the earlier of the following events:

Egon Zehnder Group no longer has a relationship with me;
or
I revoke my consent.

5. Egon Zehnder Privacy Policy

подбираемого Обществом с ограниченной ответственностью «Эгон Зендер»
для своих заказчиков

Свободно, своей волей и в своем интересе, в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных», предоставляю свое согласие оператору персональных данных – Обществу с ограниченной ответственностью «Эгон Зендер» (адрес местонахождения – 121069, г. Москва, Хлебный переулок, д.19А) на обработку моих персональных данных и их трансграничную передачу с целью поиска и подбора мне вакантной должности, соответствующей моим запросам, образованию, знаниям и трудовым навыкам, в базы данных соискателей группы компании Egon Zehnder, находящиеся в Великобритании, США и Японии, доступ к этим базам с территории Индии, а также на передачу моих персональных данных потенциальным работодателям в России и на территории иностранных государств, в том числе не обеспечивающих адекватную защиту прав субъектов персональных данных.

Мои персональные данные, в отношении которых дается данное согласие, включают: фамилию, имя, отчество, пол, сведения об основном документе, удостоверяющем личность (серия, номер, дата выдачи, наименование органа, выдавшего документ, код подразделения (если имеется)), дата рождения, место рождения, гражданство, семейное положение, имена супругов, количество и имена детей, адрес регистрации, адрес места жительства, номер телефона, адрес электронной почты и иные контактные данные, образование (а также иные сведения, указанные в дипломе об образовании), сведения о трудовом опыте, сведения о профессиональных навыках, сведения о предыдущих местах работы и занимаемых должностях, сведения о текущей и ожидаемой заработной плате, данные моей психометрической оценки, иные сведения, указанные мною в резюме (анкете соискателя), а также иные сведения, сообщенные мною лично при проведении собеседования или указанные моими рекомендателями.

Действия с моими персональными данными, выполняемые ООО «Эгон Зендер», включают: сбор, запись, систематизацию, хранение, уточнение, извлечение, использование, доступ персонала, обращение ко мне с использованием средств связи в случае подбора трудовой вакансии, трансграничную передачу в базы данных группы компаний Egon Zehnder, а также потенциальным работодателям в запрашиваемом ими объеме из числа персональных данных, перечисленных выше, блокирование, удаление, уничтожение персональных данных.

Предусматривается смешанная обработка моих персональных данных – как без использования средств автоматизации, так и автоматизированная обработка с передачей полученной информации с использованием информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет.

Согласие дается на неопределенный срок до отзыва мною согласия на обработку персональных данных ООО «Эгон Зендер» и/или на трансграничную передачу моих персональных данных.

Я осведомлен, что могу отозвать согласие на обработку персональных данных, указанных в настоящем согласии, подав ООО «Эгон Зендер» заявление в произвольной форме, в том числе по электронной почте с указанием идентифицирующих меня персональных данных – фамилии, имени, отчества, даты рождения и сведений об основном документе, удостоверяющем личность.
